| I had a wonderful experience with this shop/staff/location. But a friend of mine had a lot of problem with this location. Based on my own experience, I would recommend this shop for work. Based on my friend's experience? I would be hesitant to recommend this shop. But there were special circumstances involved in his situation. |

| They took their time to clean up the corrosion on the beach seals and did a rather good job at the tire install. Unfortunately that is where things stopped. I had asked for the lug nuts to be replaced - that did not happen. The tires where reinstalled in the car with excessive torque it took a 240 pound man bouncing at the end of a 3 foot breaker bar to break the lug nuts free. One of the studs was cross threaded requiring replacement. The mechanic failed my vehicle for excessive play in the inner tie rods, the service rep acted put out by my asking how much to repair and failed to give a firm number. Ultimately I took my vehicle to another shop for the work to be performed. The second shop did not replace any parts the and, informed me to take my vehicle to the state highway patrol as it appeared the previous inspection was not properly done. Taking my vehicle to the state it passed safety inspection. This put me out a fair amount of time effort and money. If I only had tires replaced I would throughly recommend western tire and auto, however I can?t recommend them after this experience of waisted time and effort. |
